As Novella's Operations Manager, David keeps the factory humming.  He oversees our workflow, purchasing and internal processes, continually improving protocols for efficiency to keep us all in sync.  

David is a seasoned professional with proven results building successful companies. His career started in hospitality and management, earning him a Red Seal Certification as an Executive Chef. David was a founding partner of Calhoun's Bakery Cafe and Big Sky Marketing. His 20 years in food manufacturing and distribution honed his ability to coordinate systems with people’s experiences at heart. For David, facilitating the important moments in life for those around him never feels like work.

David and Colleen together have built their lives around a lifestyle that embodies West Coast Outdoor Living; family, friends, adventure, beautiful surroundings and really good food.

David has a known passion for hummingbirds, dahlias, Wagyu ribeye, and a sharply edged lawn. His happy place is in his stunning backyard, enjoying great company.
