This is a request for a pre-recorded video message from Santa to enjoy with your family and friends! You will receive a link to view the video within 5 days of your purchase.
How Do I Schedule My Visit With Santa?
Click the Calendly link above, select a time and date that works for you. Personalize your visit by filling in the questionnaire in the Calendly link and tell Santa fun facts about you! Complete the payment process and make sure to save you date and time! You are all set!
What Equipment Do I Need?
We recommend using a computer or tablet, but a video-capable smartphone will also work. Your devise will need a functioning camera, speaker and microphone. Download Zoom on your device ahead of time. We recommend testing your interest speed and app/browser to make sure that it supports video-conferencing platforms.
How Do I Get The Best Video Quality?
Make sure you are in a quiet and well-lit environment. Test your microphone, speaker and camera ahead of time, and refer to the instructions on the Zoom app if needed. Set your devide on a stable surface. Test your interest connection to make sure it is stable. Join the Zoom link early to ensure you are relaxed and ready. Enjoy your meeting with Santa!
How Will I Receive My Recording From The Event?
After your visit, our elves will prepare a link to your personal video to download and share with your friends and family. You will have 30 days to download the video.
How Can I Personalize My Experience?
Respond to the questions in the booking link with your personalized answers, and Santa will create the magic!
Is Meet With Santa/Message From Santa Safe?
Yes! We recommend parents participating with children. When scheduling the time, parents can choose what information they want to share with Santa to personalize the visit. We use Calendly to coordinate your request and personal information and Stripe to securely process your one-time payment.
Does Novella Outdoors Support Charity Organizations with Fundraising?
Yes! 100% of our "Meet Santa" proceeds (after operating expenses) will be donated to local charities in Vancouver. We support Covenant House, BC Cancer and Greyhaven Bird Sanctuary. Your participation is really appreciated.
